We went to Disneyland!

We had so much fun watching the kids run from ride to ride. Mattie's facial expressions were so funny. His face would be stone serious until a smile or giggle would break through then he'd go back to his straight serious face.
Meg was so cute taking him on every ride. He actually chickened out on this one..
The swings were by far his favorite.. When the ride was over Mattie squealed "again daddy!"

After playing we all went out to dinner.. I ordered "honey BBQ chicken" and didn't expect for it to be as spicy as it was.. I'd placed a bite on Mattie's plate before trying it and before We knew what happened he was screaming and rubbing his burning tongue. He wouldn't calm down so I ended up watching little Mermaid in the van with him while the rest of the gang ate their dinner..

other than dinner, it was a great night. And a perfect way to celebrate our Special day.
