Halloween Parade

No School Tomorrow.
that means that the Halloween parade was today.
We all got up early to get dressed up, and ready.
Ms. Indian Princess
Ms. Blue Princess....
Megan had insisted since the day we purchased her costume that her hair look exactly like the girl in the picture. She went so far as to bring the picture in and insist I keep looking at it to compare as I was curling her hair. I think I got it just right, but it took a few tries. I tried to get her to let me put ribbons in but since the girl in the picture didn't have any, she absolutely refused them. persistent little thing!

The parade was fun to see as always. I love to see the fun costumes the kids (or their parents) come up with. They're so cute.
Megan was all smiles, walking quaintly like a real princess..

Mathew watched curiously....

When Ali came around I could tell that something was wrong.. She wasn't smiling, and I could tell by her face that she wasn't' well.
As awesome as she looked , This face tells it all..

When the parade was over, I went to Ali's classroom to see her. This is how I found her. She finally admitted that she had a bad headache. She was trying so hard to deny it so that she wouldn't miss out on the party. It took some coaxing but I finally convinced her to come home to eat something and take some Tylenol. 1/2 hour later she was back in her classroom partying it up with the rest of her class.

I love Ali's costume! Soooo very cute on her. And Meg's looks very pretty. Especially her hair. It's very pretty. I love the sides and the soft curl.
