Work work, and more work

It’s been a long weekend of working. Long shifts, and a few more to go before I get a few days off.. I’ve missed the girls.
I am not looking forward to their attitudes when they get back but it will be worth having them home. Historically anytime they’ve stayed with Ex’s mom for any long period of time they come back very whiney, tired, and demanding. It takes a few days to break the habits and catch them up on sleep then its time for them to go back and we start all over again. That’s one part of summer that I don’t look forward to. . I’m sure it’s not easy for them either going back and forth. They do so many things while they’re with them doing things all day long then usually staying up till midnight or later most nights. They have a great time I’m sure, but it’s not consistent so when they come home and they have to go to bed at a decent hour and we aren’t entertaining them constantly, they get ornery and worse BORED!
Makes me feel bad that we don’t have Lagoon passes, take good vacations (because his parents foot the bill), or go to Crystal Hot springs on a whim like they do.
Okay moving on.

update on Ali's big fat tongue: we have decided to go with the Bionater for a year..... well get it sometime in July.. Should be interesting.. and I'm sure I'll write all about it..

I got to go see Keena’s baby again yesterday, and take pictures. He’s still so tiny at only 4 pounds 2 ounces. I got to hold him too, and didn’t want to put him down. I’d gone over on my lunch break so I didn’t get to stay long.
I’ll post some pictures soon.. My battery died on my camera right after I took a few so I am bringing my camera back tomorrow for a few more.
Taylor’s home (sleeping) bonding with the baby boy. I’m hoping that he’s doing a LITTLE bit of housework while he’s home. I really wanted to get caught up on laundry while the girls were gone, but I’ve been stuck here at work for 13 hour stretches.. (yes, I’m blogging at work, so fire me!). I am a little bummed that I am not home getting projects and deep cleaning done while the girls aren’t there demanding attention. Taylor isn’t very good at that, and when I get the day off I’ll have all the kids again. Okay, getting back to work….
